Our Manual Handling training courses follow a tried and tested procedure. But all can be tailored to suit each employers particular requirements.

It is important that each trainee attending a Manual Handling course appreciate the importance of good manual handling not only at work, but also in every day life. The Manual Handling training that we carry out will emphasise this point and encourage good lifting practices at all times.

During the Manual Handling course we will also contain an element of the Manual Handling operations regs. A copy of which will be left on site.What follows is a list of some of the items covered during the course;
